a. Order Placement
You may place your order online and select in-store pickup, or visit our store to purchase directly.
b. Order Confirmation
Once your order is received, you’ll be notified via email or text with order details and pickup instructions.
c. Pick-Up Process
Please proceed to the designated pickup counter. Our staff will assist you in retrieving your order.
d. Identification Required
For security reasons, please bring the following:

Your order confirmation (printed or digital)
e. Authorized Pickup
At this time, third-party or authorized pickups are not available.
f. Order Holding Period
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
Unclaimed items beyond this period will be considered automatically forfeited without refund.

We offer delivery services across Canada for customers who wish to have items shipped to their specified address.
B. Delivery Methods

One-Day Delivery (Toronto & GTA)
Orders over $79 CAD qualify for free One-Day delivery — only for Toronto and GTA area.
Canada Shipping
Orders over $99 CAD qualify for free shipping Canada-wide — no regional restrictions apply.
US Shipping
Orders over $129 CAD qualify for free shipping US-wide — no regional restrictions apply.
