Refund policy


At Scenario Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from your parcel delivered.

Customers outside the GTA area are responsible for return shipping fees and must provide a valid tracking number.
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return transit.


1️⃣ General Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging, including all accessories.

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval.


2️⃣ How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


In-Store Returns & Exchanges(By appointment only)

You may also return or exchange your purchase in person at our studio:

Please bring the following:

  • The item(s) for return or exchange

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (may be requested)

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after inspection and approval.


4️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at

so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


5️⃣ Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks, undergarments, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized, Handmade or altered products

  • Clearance items (final sale only)

  • Items purchased during flash sales (no returns, refunds, or price adjustments)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


6️⃣ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
